Silicon Cutt硅膠切條機Silicon Cutting M-achine(帶an全防護型) 數(shù)控硅膠切條機是我公司zhuan業(yè)訂制的zui款，既能分條又能切條、切塊、切斷的一機多用設(shè)備。其一、計量準——其切條切塊精度高，可節(jié)省原材料降價成本（該機主要用于切硅膠）；其二、在an全上，刀架前不但裝有an全檔板，而且還裝有an全感應(yīng)開關(guān)，只要把an全檔板抽動，全機斷電，杜絕切手事故發(fā)生。1、 本機控制系統(tǒng)采用松下高性能PLC與tai灣gao檔彩色人機界面組成，性能穩(wěn)定；2、切刀定位采用tai灣直線導(dǎo)軌軸承傳動機構(gòu)，確保每一刀所切位置一樣，切刀高度調(diào)節(jié)采用圓螺       母微調(diào)機構(gòu)）；3、膠料采用無動力不銹鋼輥筒進行輸送，準確且能與壓料滾筒同步；4、使用變速馬達，可調(diào)整切條速度。5. 可同時切三種不同寬度的的膠料，對膠料的切料次數(shù)可進行設(shè)定，滿足特殊客戶的需要。
