結(jié)構(gòu)組成：
Structure composition:
該系列混凝土配料機均由給料系統(tǒng)、稱量系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)這三大部分組成。
The series of concrete batching machines are composed of three parts, the feeding system, the weighing system and the electrical control system.
（1）給料系統(tǒng) ：由儲料斗和給料裝置組成，主要功能是存儲物料和在控制系統(tǒng)的控制下，向稱料斗加料。
(1) feed system: it consists of a storage hopper and a feeding device. The main function is to store material and to feed the hopper under the control of the control system.
給料系統(tǒng)的形式：PLD800-1200型，為皮帶機給料；

（2）稱量系統(tǒng)：稱量系統(tǒng)是配料機的關(guān)鍵部分，由稱料斗、懸掛裝置及稱量系統(tǒng)傳感器、配料控制儀等組成。

（3）電氣控制系統(tǒng)：電氣控制系統(tǒng)是配料機核心部件，它的功能是實現(xiàn)整個配料機的稱量、顯示、操作及完成各種自動配料程序。該系統(tǒng)主要由配料控制儀和強電回路兩部分構(gòu)成。其外形結(jié)構(gòu)及使用詳見《配料控制器使用說明書》。
(3) electrical control system: the electric control system is the core part of the batching machine. Its function is to realize the weighing, displaying, operating and completing various automatic batching programs of the batching machine. The system is mainly composed of two parts: the batching control instrument and the strong electric circuit. The details of its configuration and use are detailed in the instructions for the use of the batching controller.
